Grade 3 Ballet – 9-10 yrs

These classes have the same purposeful, nourishing and encouraging philosophy as our pre school classes.

The Cecchetti syllabus is one of the most prestigious and thorough teaching methods in the world to develop co-ordination, control, spatial awareness, improved posture, responsiveness to music and expressive performance.

Cecchetti examinations are offered however our focus is on the importance of personal progress and effort rather than results. Children participating in examinations must attend 2 classes per week.

Your dancer will receive a certificate at the end of term to celebrate their progress.

CONTEMPORARY DANCE
AGES: 9 – 14 YRS
DURATION: 60 MINS
FEE: $26.00 PER CLASS X 10 WEEKS

Developed during the mid-20th century, this exciting, expressive dance style combines elements of jazz, modern, lyrical and classical ballet. Contemporary dance uses diverse music, focuses on floor work, and focuses on improvisation and versatility. While grounded in sound technique it has a wonderful sense of freedom and fluidity.

TUTU JAZZ
AGES: 8 – 14 YRS
DURATION: 60 MINS
FEE: $26.00 PER CLASS X 10 WEEKS

High energy, fun and great music while still concentrating on strong technique.

Your jazz dancer will receive a certificate at the end of the term to celebrate their progress.

FEE: $24.00 PER CLASS x 10 WEEKS

A fantastic class for children who like to make a loud beat with their feet. Your happy tapper will learn fundamental movements, cool beats and rhythms to fun, age- appropriate music.

Your tapper will receive a certificate at the end of term to celebrate their progress.
