Terms and Conditions
Please read all Terms and Conditions carefully. Ticking the Terms and Conditions box on the enrolment form confirms you have read, understood and accept the following Terms and Conditions.
Class etiquette
Please be punctual.
Please take your child to the toilet just before class.
For student safety please deliver your child into the care of the teacher.
When collecting children, please make contact with the teacher before taking your child from the studio.
Please be respectful to each other and the teacher.
Grown-ups participating in Tutu Toddlers classes are asked to please keep talking to a minimum and to switch off mobile phones.
For safety and health reasons no food or drink is to be brought into the studio – a small non-spill bottle of water is fine.
Class viewing – Tutu Toddlers
Parents, grandparents, carers and friends are welcome to join in and watch.
The little dancers love a quiet and attentive audience so please, no talking and switch off mobile phones.
Photography and video of the Tutu Toddlers classes will be restricted to the first and last classes of each term. This allows all the little dancers in class to concentrate on their ballet.
Class viewing – Little Tutus & Ballet 5+
Parents of new students are welcome to watch for the initial one or two classes. After that initial settling in period, parents or carers are asked to wait outside during class time.
Viewing Day
At the end of each tern there will be a Viewing Day where parents, relatives and friends can come and see what the children have been working on in class.
Viewing Days are a very special time for all our students. The children love the attention of a quiet and appreciative audience – so no talking please and switch off mobile phones.
Photography and Video
Parents may photograph or video their child on the Viewing Day on the condition that all photos and videos are for private use only. No photographs or videos are to be uploaded on to the internet.
Photography and video of the Tutu Toddlers classes will be restricted to the first and last classes of each term.
Make Up Classes
Students are welcome attend a make up class if they miss their usual lesson. Please contact Tutu Studios to arrange all make up lessons.
Refund Policy
Once paid, term fees are non-refundable.
No refunds or discounts will be offered for missed lessons, however students are welcome to attend a make up class. Please contact Tutu Studios to arrange all make up lessons.
Fees
By enrolling you agree to pay all fees by the date specified.
Media Release
By enrolling with Tutu Studios you give permission for your child’s photographed or electronically recorded image to be used for promotional and advertising purposes in print, online, on Tutu Studios website and social media. No names will be used without prior permission.
Waiver
Whilst all due care will be taken, by enrolling with Tutu Studios you agree to release Tutu Studios and all employees of Tutu Studios from liability for any injuries to you or your child while attending classes at Tutu Studios.
